CONWAY FARMS GOLF CLUB GOLF PLAYOFFS TICKET GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. No Purchase Necessary. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. The 2015 Conway Farms Golf Club Golf Playoffs Ticket Giveaway (“GIVEAWAY”) is open only to Legal residents of the 50 United States and (void in the District of Columbia, and where prohibited) who are 21 years of age or Older as of the date of entry. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Giveaway will be administered by Terlato Wines (“SPONSOR”). Employees of Sponsor, and their affiliates and immediate families are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. In the event there is any discrepancy between or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 08:00:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on   August 24, 2015 and ends at 04:59:00 p.m. CST on September 11, 2015 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

3. To Enter: If you are not already a member of Instagram, you must join Instagram to participate in the giveaway. Instagram is free to and easy to join just go to www.instagram.com. Once you are an Instagram member, (1) follow Terlato Wines (@TerlatoWines) on Instagram at https://instagram.com/terlatowines/ ; (2) Post a picture to Instagram that includes at least one or more products from the Ernie Els wine brand, Luke Donald wine brand, Jack’s House wine brand and/or Jack Nicklaus wine brand (“Contest Products”); (3) Complete your entry by using hashtag #GolfGreats (“Official Hashtag”) and tagging @TerlatoWines (“Official Account Tag”) in their Instagram post. Any posts that do not include both the Official Hashtag and Official Account Tag are not valid and will not be considered.  Any misspellings of the Official Hashtag and Official Account Tag are not valid and will not be considered.  Registrants will be required to provide their full name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and Instagram name when contacted about their potential prize. Entries per participant are unlimited. Entries must be the original work of the entrant and not infringe the rights of any third party. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor in their sole discretion reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to submit at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account by Instagram. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your Instagram account, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages, unless specified otherwise.

4. Drawing: All entries will be judged by employees of the Sponsor on or around 09/11/2015. The post will be judged based on creativity as well as the inclusion of at least one or more of the Contest Products. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram comment and asked to email the Sponsor. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 24 hours, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternate winner will be selected.  All decisions made by the judges are final and binding in all respects.

5. Prize: The prize is two tickets to one of the four tournament days for the golf playoffs tournament held at Conway Farms Golf Club. The four available tournament days are September 17, 18, 19 and 20, 2015.  Each ticket affords the winner entry into the tournament and the Trophy Club tent.  Approximate retail value of the prize is $240.00. Value may vary based on tournament day. Winner and companion must be available to attend on the same tournament day, as selected by Sponsor. Transportation, meals, other personal charges, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.  No refunds.

6. Conditions of Participation: Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use each winners’ name, likeness, any photographs submitted and any winning entries for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winners may be required to sign 1099 tax form; (iii) potential winners (and companions) may be required to execute releases of Sponsor from any and all liability with respect to participation in the contest and/or use of the prize. (iv) Potential winners (and companions) may be required to submit verification of date of birth (any traveler under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian). Affidavits and releases must be returned within two (2) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or miscommunications through phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the contest, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails/Instagram comments/posts resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail/Instagram comments/posts. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry will be declared made by the person associated with the Instagram account from the selected entry. In the event the Contest is terminated, a notice will be posted online and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be included in a random drawing to award all remaining prizes. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized Instagram account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
